Apartments:
The flats are available from 14:30 on the day of arrival and until 09:00 on the day of departure.
Bed linen, towels, car park, and final cleaning are included.
There are no discounts for children in the flats.

Free WLAN - Wireless Internet connection.

Local Tax (not included in the price):
The income from the local tax is used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sporting events.
The local tax is collected per guest and overnight stay (€2.10) from the accommodation establishments. The amount of this tax depends on the category of the establishment.
Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.
The local tax is payable on departure and is shown separately on the invoice.

Additional Information
Pets are not allowed.
House for non-smokers.

Deposit by Bank Transfer::
We ask you to state "deposit for stay" as the reason and to pay the final bill in cash if possible! Reservations are only valid and binding once they have been confirmed by us in writing and we have received a guarantee (deposit). In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.

Cancellation Conditions:

• Up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
• Less than 30 days before arrival, 90% of the total arrangement price will be charged.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, in deviation from the agreed reservation, you will be charged the full price.

Travel Cancellation Insurance:
Dear guests, this year it is particularly important to take out travel cancellation insurance to protect you and us against possible cancellation inconveniences.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, especially the one we suggest on our homepage.
We ask you to read the appendices carefully and then take out the insurance.
